How I can help

What do you need help with?

You do not need to know the legal terminology. Start with the situation that feels closest to yours.

A distinct perspective

Local-authority experience. A child-centred approach.

Elizabeth brings three years of experience as a tribunal and mediation lead for local authorities, acting on their behalf in SEND disputes. Throughout that work, children’s needs and welfare remained central—the same commitment that underpins her support for families today.

Her experience provides a practical understanding of how local authorities assess evidence, prepare cases and approach SEND mediation and Tribunal appeals. She uses that insight to help parents present their child’s needs clearly, prepare thoroughly and work towards appropriate support.
